I have been having mid to lower back pain for over 5 years and it was getting progressively worse with time. I visited chiropractors regularly but that only relived the pain temporarily and very little at best. Thank God I heard of Dr. Campbell on KWAVE, so I decided to inquire about his therapy. He provided a free consultation; he reviewed the images of my MRI and it turned out that I was a candidate for the nonsurgical spinal decompression therapy. After the first few visits I immediately noticed a difference in my back. As the therapy progressed, I noticed even more improvement in my back. I noticed a decrease in my mid and lower back pain. I was now able to play with my sons on our trampoline, I could wrestle with them, and I could sit at work without most of the pain I had before. I would say I’m at approximately 70%-80% better. From what I understand, there’s a period from where my back should continue to heal and over time it should (God willing) continue to improve. What I thank God for is that I don’t have much of the pain I had before. I can roll out of bed without the stiffness and bulges I used to feel in my back. I can sit down for longer periods of time before I feel discomfort. I no longer have this crushing feeling in my lower back that was there often. I no longer have numbness in my left leg. As I write this, I was able to play tag with my sons at the park yesterday and I was able to run and play with them. I can also continue to provide for my family. For me, this is priceless. For me, I felt I had more to lose by not getting this treatment than by getting it. I’m in the medical field and I know the path that degenerative disc disease follows. It’s usually pain control and eventually surgery. I wanted neither. So if you’re considering this treatment or if you’re considering surgery, make time to consult with Dr. Campbell. You may benefit from the treatment, avoid surgery, get off pain meds, and get your life back. I also I understand that each case will vary, each of us deal with different levels of injuries but it can’t hurt to at least inquire. Last but not least, thank you all at OC Disc Associates for all your kindness and attentiveness. All of you were great every time. May the LORD bless you and protect you. May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you. May the LORD show you his favor and give you his peace’ (Numbers 6:24-26 NLT) to each and every one of you.
