After having an MRI, I knew that I had 3 bulging disks in the lumbar area of my spine in addition to spinal stenosis. On a scale of 1 to 10, my pain level was a 10. I was taking 800 mg. of Ibuprofen 4 times a day. My pain totally changed my life. The only way that I could get relief was laying flat on my back. I couldn’t golf. I couldn’t lift anything.
